Bill creates his own seagull themed versions of masterpieces such as the Mona Lisa and his paintings include versions of Admiral Nelson and even David Bowie as Aladdin Sane transformed into gulls.
His ‘Gull Culture’ series has proved hugely popular with the paintings invariably including stolen chips.
Bill moved to Hastings in the early 2020s and began oil painting after receiving an online course voucher as a birthday gift during lockdown.
He has exhibited his work during the Coastal Currents festival and it featured as part of an art installation at Hastings railway station.
The exhibition can be viewed until November the 26.
