Superhero delivery driver is putting a smile on the faces of Eastbourne residents in lockdown

Supermarket workers have been hailed as superheroes at this difficult time and this key worker has donned a very fitting costume to put a smile on the faces of Eastbourne residents.

Ian Williams, an Asda delivery driver in Eastbourne, has been pulling out all the stops.

Ian is doing 40 deliveries a day at the moment and his pictures and videos have been posted all over local social media as he brings smiles to faces across the town.

Stefan Waring,a manager Asda Eastbourne, said, “We are so proud of Ian, for not only working incredibly hard to keep people fed, but doing it with personality and putting smiles on customers faces.

“Not all heroes wear capes - but this one does.”
