It's not as scary as it may seem - 100 people will be walking on fire at Lottbridge Golf Club in Eastbourne on Saturday November 21, from 4pm.
The event is raising funds for Sasbah, a charity based in Eastbourne but working across Sussex, creating opportunities for disabled people to thrive.
Karen Hurst is the organiser, and she's doing this because she sees first hand the wonderful work Sasbah does.
She said: "My brother has Down Syndrome and is supported by the charity in so many ways. He regularly attends their work experience centre, goes to Bourne Free inclusive social club and is part of the Monday night ten-pin bowling club.
"Sasbah also gives him the opportunity to have at least one holiday each year. He absolutely adores them, but it's also been great respite for us as a family. Sasbah is a real family doing so much great work - that's why I want to make this Fire Walk a huge success."
CEO Rom Sanglaji is among those taking part, and he's urging others to join him.
Rom said: "We are a relatively small charity but making a huge difference to the lives of many people we support. It sounds scary but the organisers - and Sasbah staff and volunteers - will look after you every step of the way.
"It costs us £20 per person to organise, so we are hoping everyone who takes part will donate a minimum of £50. But it's not just about raising money - we want to raise the profile of what the charity does for other people across Sussex."
