Taylor Swift has rapidly become the biggest pop star on the planet and has fans in every corner of the world.
The superstar has more than 150 concert dates within the Eras Tour, with the closest to Sussex being held at Wembley.
Unfortunately, the stadium is up to 100 miles away depending on where you are in the county!
Below are the reasons we think Taylor should bring her show to the coast for her Sussex Swifties – and the one key reason why she won’t.

5. She loves cat cafes - and Sussex is home to two!
Sussex is home to two cat cafes, Kiko's Cat Cafe in Rye and The Mad Catter Cafe in Eastbourne. If Taylor performed in Sussex, it would be a perfect excuse for her to visit these cafes and spend time with some adorable cats! At Kiko's, most of the cats are also rescues who are looking for homes. Taylor herself has even adopted a homeless cat which she met while filming a music video. Photo: Kiko's Cat Cafe

6. Sussex is a perfect escape from the city
Sussex is just a short trip from London where Taylor is rumoured to have bought a multi-million pound mansion last year. She has shared just how much she loves the capital in her songs, including 'London Boy' and 'So Long, London'. Performing in Sussex would be a great excuse to escape the city life if she ever fancied a trip to one of our lovely beaches or the South Downs National Park. Photo: Jon Rigby

7. She already has links to Sussex through her friendships
We'd hope Taylor Swift is no stranger to Sussex considering one of her friends has called it home for over 50 years. Sir Paul McCartney and Taylor have a longstanding friendship and have even inspired each other's songwriting. If Taylor performed in Sussex, she could absolutely take the opportunity to invite Paul McCartney on stage - and who wouldn't love that? Plus, she'd have somewhere to stay after the show! 8. She's a big supporter of (American) football
Taylor has been seen supporting her boyfriend Travis Kelce from the stands at several of his American football games. However, if she wanted to watch what we call football, she could support one of our local teams! Sussex is home to Premier League team Brighton and Hove Albion, as well as newly-promoted Crawley Town. Just imagine her in the crowds at one of these games during downtime from the tour!
