People across the UK have been taking part in small acts of kindness over the past few months, reaching out to neighbours and those most vulnerable to offer their help and support.

But which cities are home to the kindest people in the UK? Here are 10 of the nicest, according to research on which places perform the highest number of ‘good deeds’ on a regular basis, carried out by Gala Bingo and its charity partner, 52 Lives.
