UK’s biggest street mural unveiled in Worthing
The enormous 50m by 10m mural stretches covers the whole of Portland Road in the town centre.
Worthing’s very own Banksy, the anonymous artist Horace, was commissioned to carry out the project.

The Time for Worthing project, which is council-funded, worked in collaboration to produce the mural and was fully funded by the Fat Greek Taverna restaurant, which Andy owns.
The mural spells out ‘back in the game’, a message to people that Worthing is back in business.
Plans to pedestrianise Portland Road have long been discussed but have been fast-tracked as part of Worthing’s recovery from coronavirus lockdown.
