A Sussex Police spokesman said police were treating the death of a woman at a house in Collyer Avenue as ‘unexplained’.
He added: “Police were called to the property in Collyer Avenue at 3.51pm on Saturday (April 11) after the woman was found by a caller to the property following concerns that she hadn’t been seen or heard from for a couple of days.
“It is expected that police will remain at the scene for some time and have requested that people observe Government instructions around essential travel and social distancing and do not try to visit the location.”
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to report online or call 101 quoting serial 1223 of 11/04, the spokesman added.
