Amanda Winter, who lives in Haywards Heath, has lived in West Sussex all her life and after being made redundant last year during the pandemic decided to start doing something she felt passionate about.

She said: “I have always had a great love and passion for animals and their welfare.

“After being made redundant, I decided to take that opportunity to start something I could grow organically and feel immensely passionate about.

“I decided to launch Vegan4All due to the difficulty in sourcing a good range of hot and cold vegan food.

“If you are lucky, you may find a token vegan sandwich or wrap at the local shop or supermarket.

“Having worked in many offices and industrial estates myself, I would often go hungry if the local sandwich truck or shop had sold out of the minimal selection of vegan products they had.

“I wanted to find a solution to this problem.

“The vegan market is growing at a significant rate, and many have their own reasons for moving to a vegan and plant-based diet, and this has been escalated even more so due to the pandemic.

People are increasingly mindful of what they put on their plates.

“The vegan market is expected to more than double by the end of the year, and it is predicted in the UK alone, over 2.5million vegans have already made a change to their dietary requirements, and demand is rising.

“My company Vegan4All aims to fill this much-needed gap by making great-tasting vegan food easily accessible to our workers and residents of Sussex.”

Amanda has a sandwich van and trailer which can be hired for private celebrations, events and weddings, and attended her first event in November.

She said: “We recently attended the South of England showground for its Winter Fair and we had amazing support from our customers at our first event.

“We also make vegan hampers and other gift options, our online options will be growing at a rapid pace in 2021.”

Vegan4All offers free delivery within a five-mile radius of RH16, and can deliver hot and cold food, drinks and snacks across the county.
