PICTURES and VIDEO: Hastings Carnival
Spectators were treated to a colourful display at yesterday's (Saturday, August 5) Grand Carnival Procession.
Unfortunately heavy rain started at exactly the same time as the carnival, but after about 20 minutes it all cleared up again and Hastings' carnival spirit continued into the evening. Photos here are by James Copper.
