Plan for nursery is refused
PLANS for a nursery in Bognor have been turned down by Arun planners despite 'a great need for childcare provision'.
The scheme looked to change the use of offices at the Regis Business Centre in Durban Road, to a nursery with 11 car parking spaces.
It would have looked after a maximum of 33 children at any one time from birth to five-years-old and operated from 7.30pm to 6pm Monday to Saturday all year round.
