Planning applications for Arun

St Phillip Howard Catholic High School, in Elm Grove South, has applied to Arun District Council’s planning committee to make amendments to plans to provide a single storey ancillary changing room, including toilets and a shower, and a separate dance studio.

The school was previously granted planning permission for the plans and is now seeking a non-material amendment.

A decision is due by Monday.

ANGMERING:

Various tree surgery to one spruce tree and one beech tree at Manor House and Flint House, Mulberry Hollow.

BARNHAM:

Raising the height of a lower roof to increase first floor accommodation and a single storey extension to courtyard area.

This application will affect the character and appearance of Barnham conservation area. Minstrels Barn, Church Lane.

Conversion of a garden store area of an adjacent detached garage building into a home office.

This application will affect the character and appearance of Church Lane Barnham conservation area and is at Barnham Court Lodge, Church Lane.
