Planning applications in the Gazette area

Outline plans for the scheme, north of Yapton Road, are among the latest planning applications submitted to Arun District Council in the Gazette area.

Listed building consent application to demolish garage and replace with gates and hardstanding, 14 Tarrant Street.

Fell three Leyland cypress and re-pollard back to the original pollard points one eucalyptus, within the Arundel conservation area, Arundel Cathedral.

BARNHAM: outline application for up to 44 dwellings, including 30 per cent affordable, comprising a mix of accommodation, ranging twom two- to four-bedroom houses, with associated landscaping and works (re-submission following application BN/7/12), land north of Yapton Road and east of Garden Crescent (this is a departure from the development plan).

LITTLEHAMPTON: construction of breakwater, Arun Yacht Club, Rope Walk.
