Plans in the pipeline
THE following planning applications have been received by Rother District Council:
•Upper Barnhorn Manor, Barnhorn Road – demolition of chimney on west elevation and rebuilding/restructuring of chimney to make safe. Alteration of kitchen alteration of roof to make safe (retrospective).
• 21a Station Road – change of use of tyre repair premises to A1 retail use.
•Summerholme, De La Warr Parade – internal alterations and minor external alterations.
• 47 South Cliff – demolition and rebuilding of existing side extension and garage with rear extension.
