The Old Dairy, behind Church Street, in Littlehampton, owned by South Coast Properties Limited, is currently unoccupied.

Council officer Damian Sullivan’s used delegated powers to refuse the project. Mr Sullivan found that the number of houses, the layout and design of the proposal ‘would result in a cramped and harmfully contrived appearance’ which would not be in keeping with other developments in the area.
