Police action keeps travellers away from Felpham

Swift police action was praised for keeping a Felpham recreation ground free from travellers.

The prompt work by Sgt Danny West and other officers ensured a convoy of seven caravans was unable to get on to King George V site off Felpham Way.

Felpham county councillor George Blampied has thanked the police for their actions in tracking the travellers from Littlehampton.
