Police appeal for Three Fishes doormen assault suspects
The two men are believed to be part of a larger group celebrating a football awards evening. The victims, all men aged between 25 and 45, were trying to remove one of them from the Chapel Road pub due to him being intoxicated when the assaults took place between 12.15am and 12.40am.
One of the door staff suffered an eye injury with the others receiving general cuts and bruises.

Hide AdThe first suspect is described as white, aged 25-30, 5’ 11” to 6’ 3” tall, of stocky build and with short brown spiky hair and having a number ‘7’ shaved into the back of his head. He was smartly dressed, wearing a light-coloured suit jacket and trousers with a light pink tie.
The second suspect is also described as white, aged 30-35, 5’ 6” to 5’ 9” tall, of stocky build and with short black spiky hair. He was also smartly dressed wearing a black suit and white shirt.
PC David Slade from Worthing police said: “This was a totally unnecessary and deliberate assault. One of the doorman could have suffered a serious eye injury.”
