Police give £500 to kids footy team

A CHILDREN'S football team will be able to buy a new kit thanks to police.

PCSO Clive Goddard handed over £500 to Hastings Utd under-8s this week, the money coming from the Sussex Police Properties Act fund.

This takes seizures of cash and the proceeds of crime from criminals and redirects it to good causes in the community.
