Police investigating bullet shot through window in Bognor Regis

Police have launched an investigation after a bullet was reportedly fired through a Bognor Regis window.

A police spokesman said: “Police are investigating after a report that damage to a window in a block of flats in Waterloo Square, Bognor, was caused by a bullet being fired through it.

“No one was hurt in the incident which happened around 5pm on Monday (December 14).

“The window was smashed and a fragment of what is believed to be a bullet was found.”

Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone who may have seen individuals hanging around the front of the Belle Vue Hotel to contact them by emailing [email protected] or ring 101 quoting serial 1229 of 14/12.
