Police investigating sexual assault concerns

Police are investigating concerns that a woman in her 40s may have been sexually assaulted as she walked home from a private party.

According to Sussex Police, the woman was in the Upper Brighton Road area of Worthing during the early hours of Sunday morning.

Police said house-to-house enquiries and other checks are currently being made, but so far have disclosed nothing conclusive.
