Police officers investigate vandalism and thefts

A SHOP window was smashed in Bognor Regis.

Overnight on October 20, a vandal damaged the window of the Argyle Circus business.

The same night a vehicle parked in Station Road was vandalised.

Police believe the damage happened around 2.20am. The car had its wing mirror ripped off, and door scratch.Thanks to CCTV cameras, the person causing the damage has been caught 
on film.

Earlier that day, at around 1.15pm, a mobile phone was stolen after it was left unattended in a shop.

The owner had only left it for a short time in the London Road store, but the thief acted quickly.

The phone was a dark blue Samsung Galaxy.

Some 15 minutes earlier, a bike thief struck in Cavendish Road.

The black mountain bike, which had five gears and front and rear mudguards, was stolen from a front garden.
