Brighton & Hove Albion hopes for new medical facility at Lancing training ground

Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club hopes to have a new medical facility, with two flats above, at its training ground in Lancing.

Notice of a proposed development on land between 36 and 38 Barfield Park has been given by planning consultant Daniel Frisby on behalf of DMH Stallard LLP.

The Community Stadium Limited, which owns the club's Amex Stadium in Falmer is applying to Adur District Council for planning permission to build a medical facility with two two-bedroom flats above, along with parking, access and landscaping, including pedestrian access from the Elite Football Performance Centre.

Any owner or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the council at Shoreham Centre, Pond Road, Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex, BN43 5WU by September 14.
