Concert cancelled
The July 14 edition of the County Times included a competition to win one of 25 pairs of tickets to see Tears For Fears, supported by Alison Moyet, on July 22 at Hove Cricket Ground.
Unfortunately, on July 15, it was announced that the band had cancelled the remaining shows of its UK tour, The Tipping Point, after band member Curt Smith suffered a rib injury.
The band posted on Twitter: “We are so disappointed not to be able to play the shows which we have been looking forward to for so long and can’t wait to be performing for you again.”
