Members of the HDC development control committee north heard that Mr Bailey (Con, Rudgwick) had allowed a storage shed in Highcroft Drive, Rudgwick, to be used by a third party business as a base, which is contrary to a planning condition concerning the property.

After complaints from neighbours of disturbance and increased traffic, officers had recommended they grant permission for them to start taking action. Members unanimously agreed.
