Horsham man gets 128 votes in Eastleigh by-elections
Mr Duggan, who has stood as a Horsham Parliamentary candidate in the 2001, 2005 and 2010 General Elections, took 128 votes (3.1 per cent). The turnout was 52.8 per cent.
His success in Hampshire was not quite as successful as his attempts to be MP in Horsham. In the 2010 General Election standing for the Peace Party Mr Duggan received 253 votes (0.5 per cent) and in the 2001 and 2005 elections standing as an Independent candidate, 0.8 per cent of voters chose him to by MP.

Hide AdOut of 14 candidates he came tenth in the by-election yesterday where the UK Independence Party beat the Conservative Party into second place.
Michael Thornton standing for the Liberal Democrats held the seat made vacant by Chris Huhne.
