An editable pdf application form can be downloaded by searching for the Community Grants Programme on the council’s website.

The areas of Mrs Caulfield’s constituency covered by Wealden District Council include Polegate, East Dean, Friston, Alfriston, Chalvington, Ripe, Selmeston, Alciston, Wilmington, Berwick, Folkington, Litlington and Lulington.

“I would encourage all community and voluntary organisations covered by Wealden District in the constituency to consider applying for these Grants from Wealden District Council,” said Mrs Caulfield.

“Between £500 and £5,000 could really make a big difference to voluntary organisations across the villages in this area.”
