Refurbishment of Haywards Heath tennis clubhouse approved

Plans to refurbish a tennis clubhouse in Haywards Heath have been approved by Mid Sussex District Council.

The timber-clad clubhouse, in Victoria Park, was built in the early 1980s and will be revamped inside and out.

The application was approved during a meeting of the planning committee on Thursday (May 12).

Plans to build a larger clubhouse on the site were approved in 2020 but fell through for financial reasons.
