Poor road conditions are cause for concern
Potholes, crumbling roads and overgrown roadside bushes are said to be impacting on the lessons of learners.

Hide AdDamage to St Lawrence Avenue, Richmond Road and the bottom of Grand Avenue, and overgrown greenery on the A259, are just some of the hazards that are giving them cause for concern.
Mark Butler, of White House Place, Durrington, is a driving instructor. He said: “The roads need improving, they are atrocious.
“It’s not fair for my pupils to be in danger. What annoys me most is my pupils are thinking they have to avoid each one but if they avoid it too much they go into the path of other vehicles and I sometimes have to grab the wheel.
“The roads are caving in with the hot weather. It’s only a matter of time until it rains and they get even worse.”
