Parts of Horsham town centre, including shops and restaurants, are also affected.
As well as the town centre, Southwater, Rudgwick, Faygate, Lower Beeding and West Grinstead have also been hit.
UK Power Networks say an underground electricity cable has faulted on its high voltage network.
