Questions, questions ... quiz night raises £600

HOMECALL, which helps blind and partially-sighted people living in and around Bexhill, held its fourth annual quiz evening at Christchurch Methodist Church Hall, Bexhill, on Friday, January 28 and raised £600.

Such is the popularity of this annual event that tickets had sold out well beforehand and a lively evening saw 20 teams taking part in the general knowledge challenge, with regular quizmaster Bernice back by popular demand.

A well earned supper was enjoyed by all, followed by a raffle offering an array of prizes kindly donated by Homecall clients, volunteers and friends.
