Reach for the sunflower
How’s this for size! Little Cyrus Corr, aged four, grew this astounding 8ft 7ins tall sunflower, with a little help from mum Vicki to win a St Michael’s Hospice competition.
The event was held by the Observer Group to help promote Yello w Day for the hospice.
Cyrus’s efforts have won his family a £50 hamper.
The family said they were proud of his green fingers and made up with the hamper prize,
