Rescue team are put through their paces
Hastings Coastguard carried out a training exercise at Fairlight last Sunday which involved recovering three casualties who had become lost in the Country Park.
One of the simulated casualties had suspected spinal injuries to complicate matters.
The exercise was successful with good team-work in very muddy conditions.
