Roads to Nowhere to hold a Link Road rally on Crowhurst Recreation Ground

THE ROADS to Nowhere campaign is to hold a National Rally Against Road-Building in the Combe Haven Valley on Saturday July 13.

Campaigners will come together to walk along the route of the Bexhill-Hastings Link Road and assemble for a rally. The event is organised by the Roads to Nowhere campaign and the Combe Haven Defenders, with support from the Hastings Alliance, Greenpeace, the Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE), BLINKRR - Bexhill Link Road Resistance, Friends of the Earth, the Wildlife Trusts and RSPB. There will be three meeting points on the day: 11.45am at Bexhill station, noon at West St Leonards station and noon at Crowhurst rec, followed by a rally at 2pm.
