Roadworks affect Rye area this week
MOTORISTS in the Rye area face potential delays this week with the closure of A259 from Brookland Roundabout to the junction with Salters Lane in Kent.
The reason for the closure is for resurfacing work
There will be full road closures in place between Brookland Roundabout and Harvey Lane from today (Monday) for four nights.
Road users will follow a fully signed diversion route via Lydd and Camber which will start from Camber Road just north of Rye to Brenzett Roundabout with local access only.
