Age Concern: this week Monday 14th November will be having lunch at Merriments so will not be in the hall. All resumes to normal next week on 21st.

The Sussex Ukulele Club: will be holding a free workshop on Tuesday 15th November at Robertsbridge Hall between 6.30pm – 8pm. If you fancy having a go, if you have a Ukulele that hasn’t been used for years or you just want to attempt to learn to play a new instrument please go along and have a go. No instrument necessary as they will have plenty of Ukuleles to borrow and have a go.

Robertsbridge Bonfire Society: are now in full steam ahead to get the event ready for next week 19th November. If you fancy helping by being a marshal or collector please contact Sandie at the Floral Boutique for details. This year the collectors and marshals will be wearing ID badges. This is so you know that you are dealing with one of our own people. This is because there have been some bogus collectors seen at other events this year and we want all donations given to come back to the village and not in some one else’s pocket.

The Floral Boutique again sponsors the Guy Competition this year. Get those ideas flowing to win yourself £20. If you make a Guy please bring him to the Recreation Ground before 1pm on the 19th for judging. Can you please put a label on with your details so you can be contacted if you win? Any guy left at the field at 3pm will be going onto the bonfire that evening.
