The National Macmillan Coffee morning is happening on Friday 28th September and you can take part by supporting the local one at Robertsbridge Club. This will be open between 10am – 12 noon. There will be coffee, cakes, crafts, a bring and buy stall and is open to all. This is a very worthwhile thing to support, especially for those that have experienced cancer first hand. Pop along and have a coffee and a chat with friends, every penny counts.

Sunday 30th is the next Sunday when you can have Sunday Roast at Robertsbridge Club, put it in your dairy and don’t forget to book on 880673.

Robertsbridge Bonfire Society is now getting busy with the preparations for the big night. Sunday mornings are now the time to be making the torches, programmes will be on sale soon so look out for those and there is the need for marshals and collectors on the night. So society members remember this is what you have paid up for, the fun and camaraderie of preparations as well as the fun of the events. Bush Barn, Sunday 9am, bacon and egg rolls available (and of course lots of coffee).

Sunday 7th October is the afternoon gig in memory of `Alan from the bike shop` at Robertsbridge Club. The music is from the Blues Band `League of Gentlemen` with doors opening at 3pm. This is open to all and entry is just £2 for members and £3 for non-members. This promises to be a great afternoon.
