The fun starts at 2pm on Saturday and lasts until 5pm, with everything taking place at Rogate recreation ground.

But the good news is it does not end there, because the beer tent will be open until 8pm and there will be a live band to entertain the crowds.

The new tradition of Rogate Bake Off, which launched two years ago, will continue.

Arena events include a fun dog show, a tug-o-war with farmers versus footballers and children’s races.

Musical entertainment for the fête includes the Liss Band.

There will be a craft show and vintage cars on display, plus stalls including bric-a-brac, books, plants, games and a raffle with £200 cash first prize.

Tea and cakes will be available, plus there will be a barbecue, crepes, hot food, beer and Pimm’s.
