RSPCA investigating picture of dog that sparked outcry
The RSPCA has today (Tuesday) confirmed it is investigating concerns after an online photograph of a dog sparked outrage.
The photo appeared to show a dog surrounded by its own excrement at an Eastbourne address, which has led to hoards of people expressing concern for its welfare.
An RSPCA spokesperson said it is aware of the situation and is looking into it.
