Rye looks to theHarbour for jobs
RYE Harbour provides ten percent of all the jobs in Rye and the surrounding area figures show.
Colonel Anthony Kimber, vice-chair of the Rye Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group, said: “There are 10,000 square metres of additional business floor space considered appropriate for Rye and the Harbour Road area.
“Rye Town Council intends to consider the impact of Rye Harbour’s business development on Rye’s infrastructure, its services and connectivity with other areas of the South East.”
