n Football coaching for boys and girls aged six - 15 takes place at Sandhurst Playing Fields every Saturday from 9.30am and costs £1 a session. Shinpads are required. The sessions are run by Sandhurst Baptist Church. For more information, contact 01580 850446.

n The primary school’s Parents and Friends Association is holding a 50-50 Club as part of its fund raising activities.

Owing to a change in the committee, the club will be re-launched in the next academic yesr.

The Parents and Friends hope it will continue to enjoy the same support it has had in the past.
