Santa fun run
No mince pies for Santa while he's still in training for the Fun Run in aid of St Michael's Hospice.
The family event is on December 7 in Alexandra Park, and Santa is encouraging all his helpers to take part - elves, fairies, and all other Santas plus fun runners in any Christmas costume are invited to run, jog or walk 5K or 2.5K and raise money for the hospice.
The Eat at the Park Caf will have hot festive refreshments (and generously donating some of the proceeds to St Michael's Hospice) and Hospice Christmas merchandise will also be on sale. So, even if you are not participating, do come along and cheer on the runners and enjoy some festive fun.
