DRIFTWOOD: 4 Marine Drive will be open on Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 5pm many pieces of art on display plus enjoy this wonderful garden together with homemade tea and cake.

OPEN HOUSE: At 16 Hill Rise will be open on Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 5pm. Watercolours and oils of Downland scenes and hand-printed etchings and talks about etching techniques. Refreshments available.

SEAFORD ART CLUB: At Arts@theCrypt, 23 Church Street from tomorrow, Saturday, until Thursday from 11am to 5pm (Sat and Sun), 10.30am to 4.30pm (Mon to Thurs).

LUNCHTIME CONCERT: At St Leonard’s Church, Church Street on Saturday September 3 at 1pm. An organ recital to be given by Mark Wardell. The concert lasts approximately an hour, has free admission with a retiring collection. Mark Wardell has featured as soloist and accompanist on numerous commercial recordings released through IMP Classics, Carlton, Pickwick, Lammas. Guild and Priory. He enjoys life as a recitalist and has a formidable reputation as one of the foremost British exponents of liturgical improvisation. He has performed throughout Europe, South Africa, South America and has given recitals in most of the major venues England.

CALAMITY JANE: Is coming to town and is the next production at The Barn Theatre, Saxon Lane. Starting on Friday September 9 and finishes on Sunday September 11. Book best seats now for this popular musical. Tickets are available from Seaford Tourist Information Centre, Church Street or www.ticketsource.co.uk/thebarntheatre performances 7.30pm (Friday and Saturday) or Matinee 2.30pm (Saturday and Sunday).
