GARDEN TRAIL: Macmillan Coastal Garden Trail tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday where 29 uniquely different private gardens on five local trails with eight gardens in Seaford and East Dean, six gardens in Newhaven, Swanborough and Rodmell, 10 gardens in Ovingdean, Rottingdean, Saltdean, Telscombe and Peacehaven or a chance to visit four gardens in Brighton and Hove. The gardens open between 11am to 5pm each day, refreshments available at majority of venues. A day ticket £7 or £2 per garden. SEA SUNDAY 2016: Will be held at St Andrew’s Church, Bishopstone Village on Sunday starting at 10.15am. Celebrating 160 years of caring for Seafarers and their families around the world. On Sea Sunday churches all over the world come together to celebrate and remember the lives of those who work at sea. Past and present, then and now, men and women of the merchant fleet have given their lives to serving their countries during war and through peacetime.

STORYTELLERS: RNLI Newhaven welcomes The Guesthouse Storytellers on Tuesday to the Lifeboat House, West Quay from 7pm with special guests Michael Harvey and Pauline Down. Stories and music from both sides of the channel Viva La Difference. Tickets are £10 with an additional £4 for a fish and chip supper.
