Selsey Coastguard Team called to fire near lifeboat station
Selsey Coastguard Rescue Team were called to a fire near its lifeboat station.
The rescue team were called to the fire at 5.10pm on December 16 where the team was paged to reports of a vessel on fire by Selsey Lifeboat Station.
The vessel was on the shore line and had been set on fire, instead of being disposed of safely and responsibly by the owner.
The Fire Service also attended from Chichester where it was decided to allow the vessel to burn out.
