Seventh man charged over businessman death
A SEVENTH person has been charged in connection with the death of Julian Gardner on his Robertsbridge farm in October last year.
Oliver Payne, 25, of Sandhurst Road, Tunbridge Wells, has been charged with manslaughter, conspiracy to commit burglary and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
He is due to appear in custody at Hastings Magistrates’ Court this morning (Tuesday).
Six other people have already been charged in connection with Mr Gardner’s death at Bush Barn Farm and a trial has been scheduled for 13 February, 2012.
