Sidley pupils help traders to beautify Sidley Green
EAGER pupils from Sidley and All Saints' primary schools have made short work of the task of planting one hundredweight of bulbs.
Watched by Town Mayor Cllr Paul Lendon this morning they planted the bulbs, donated by Sidley's traders, on Sidley Green.
The bulbs will complement an planting undertaken by youngsters from the two schools.
The project extends what next Spring should be a carpet of colour.
The scheme will be included in next year's town bid for the South and South East in Bloom title.
