Students impress with their talents

On January 21 Oakmeeds' year 11 student council presented an amazing talent show called Oakmeeds's Got Talent.

Almost £600 was raised which will be split between Cancer Research and fundraising for the year 11 leaver’s ball.

The audience and judges were wowed by acts which included street dancing, baton twirling, stand-up comedy, Irish dancing and two year ten students 
sang a song in Italian and English.

A very entertaining performance was given by the Burgess Hill Mash-up Mafia, however judges declared Steph Sinclair the winner and asked for an encore of her Irish Dancing

The students would like to thank their Head of Year, Mrs Tanner and the judges, who were members of Oakmeeds staff led by Mr Taylor, Mr Smith, Ms Bartella and Mr Morfitt.
