Tasty start to the racing at Goodwood

Local traders will be offering a mix of fabulous produce and dishes on the day to coincide with the start of the flat racing season.

A full card of top-class racing also taking place, as Goodwood marks the beginning of the 2015 season. Turn to page 118 for a preview of the racing.

Goodwood Estate, the largest lowland organic farm in the UK, will showcase its finest produce on the day in the Home Farm Marquee. Race-goers will be able to delight in a menu of home-grown cuisine available for purchase, including a range of delicious Home Farm Milkshakes, succulent Goodwood Farm Lamb Koftas and Baked Goodwood Molecombe Blue Cheese served with local-baked tasca bread soldiers.
