Sharon Clarke and the Town Centre Initiative tirelessly fought a claim against them from Steve Elkins, who claimed to have flown a £30,000 prize-winning 100 metres in the 2009 competition.
He was recorded on the day as agonisingly short, flying 99.86 metres, and years of disagreement ended-up in the courtroom, where a judge last week threw-out the claim.
