Teenager barred from town centre for three years

A BOGNOR teenager has been banned from entering the town centre at night for three years after being convicted of being drunk and disorderly.

Oliver Fellick (18), of Priestley Way, Middleton-on-Sea, was ordered to pay costs and fines totalling 115 at Chichester Magistrates' Court on Friday, January 4 for drunk and disorderly behaviour and was subsequently served with an anti-social behaviour order.

The conditions prohibit Fellick from entering an exclusion zone encompassing Bognor Regis town centre between 6pm and 7am until January 3, 2011.

He will face arrest and imprisonment if he breaks any conditions of his Asbo, which also ban him from being drunk or consuming alcohol in public places anywhere in England or Wales other than licensed premises, abusing or threatening others, and from associating with three other specified men.
