This week’s planning applications submitted to Arun District Council

THE amount of affordable housing at a development in Barnham could be reduced, if plans submitted to Arun District Council are improved.

West Sussex County Council has submitted an application to modify a planning obligation dated August 4, 2010, to vary the percentage of affordable housing from 40 per cent to 30 per cent for the Angel’s Nursery development in Yapton Road.
