This week’s planning applications submitted to Arun District Council

THE amount of affordable housing at a development in Barnham could be reduced, if plans submitted to Arun District Council are improved.

West Sussex County Council has submitted an application to modify a planning obligation dated August 4, 2010, to vary the percentage of affordable housing from 40 per cent to 30 per cent for the Angel’s Nursery development in Yapton Road.

Rustington:

Plans for ten internally illuminated flexface sign boxes, one set of eight poster frames, one set of nine poster frames and one set of seven poster frames (all non-illuminated), to all elevations of the building at Dunelm, New Road.

Application for listed building consent for the erection of a freestanding, single storey timber garden building at Mayfield Cottage, 47 Sea Lane.
